FIRST FRENCH EDITION. Travel account of the Russian Mission through Mongolia and China and residence in Peking from 1820-1821. Edited by Julius von Klaproth (1783-1835) and J. B. B Eyriès (1767-1846). An English edition, probably translated from the French, was published the same year.
