Arabic manuscript on paper, 357ff. plus two fly-leaves, each folio with 12ll. of black naskh with red Persian interlinear translation, gold and red verse roundels, text panel outlined in gold and blue, sura headings in red naskh on gold ground, opening bifolio with gold and polychrome illumination surrounding text in clouds reserved against gold ground, colophon signed and dated, in associated Qajar lacquer binding
