The fitted green velvet bag is inscribed Hidayat min masna' kiswat al-ka'ba al-musharrafa bi-makka al-mukarrama ma'a tahiyat wazir al-hajj wa al-awqaf ("A gift from the manufacture of the Kiswa of the Ka'ba in Mecca, with the compliments of the Minister of the Hajj and Awqaf").
