"Deep orange color, notes of honey cake, cacao, roasted hazelnuts, and sweet, blue raisins on the nose. A very fine styled and well balanced wine that has obviously been aged for more than 40 years before being transferred to demi john, which ensured a slower development and better preservation of the fruit. On the palate, the same soft dried fruits as on the nose. An intense, lingering acidity emerges from the wine's natural sweetness. 19.5/20." EV, July 2015.
