A SET OF FOUR DOUCAI 'SHOU' DISHES
DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARKS IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
Each dish has shallow rounded sides rising from a straight foot, and is decorated in the interior with a shou character and radiating lanca characters within linked arabesques. The exterior is decorated with stylized shou characters above linked arabesques.
