The jardinières are decorated to each long side with a panel of flowering branches, including chrysanthemum, peony, rose and magnolia, growing beside blue pierced rockwork, and to the short sides with panels of birds and butterflies amongst similar flowering branches, all reserved on a yellow ground with scrolling flowering foliage.
