A LARGE CARVED AND MOULDED CELADON-GLAZED 'DRAGON' BOTTLE VASE
QIANLONG-JIAQING PERIOD (1736-1820)
The vase is moulded and carved with a continuous, bold design of a finely detailed scaly dragon chasing the flaming pearl amongst clouds and fire scrolls, the base is carved with a carp emerging from frothing waves. The rim is further decorated with a key fret band.
