Gilt-finished verge movement, chain fusée, white enamel dial, Breguet numerals, all hinged within a mandolin-form case with polychrome champlevé enamel geometrically decorated panels, blue enamel soundboard with floral and scroll decoration and a seated putto, balance cock exposed through the pearl-set-bordered sound hole, blue and black dhamplevé enamelled neck with pearl-set tuning pegs over black enamel head, short length of gold chain attached to the case and head, later added blue and black enamel decorated ribbon-shaped brooch, unsigned
