GREGORY GYLLENSHIP
Gregory Gyllenship is in his third year as a freelance Teddy Bear Artist. He works entirely alone and produces less than 150 bears each year. 'Mother Bear and cubs' is a one-off set made especially for this sale. Although most of Gregory's bears are traditional Teddy Bears, he enjoys the challenge of making these six-jointed bears, which although more realistic, are still essentially teddy bears.
A mother bear and her cubs was an obvious and clear theme for Gregory; he wanted to make something as a simple reminder that the children at Fedioria have no parents and need much care and support to help compensate for the loss of their natural parents.
