With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming the production of the present watch is set with 12 sapphires weighing approximately 1.28 carats and 16 diamonds weighing approximately 1.06 carats in 1978 and its subsequent sale on 10 October 1984. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe pouch.

Reference 3319 was launched in 1963 and produced until the early 1970's in yellow gold and white gold and with various dials, bezels, and bracelets. To the best of our knowledge the present watch is fresh to the market.
