With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 11 November 2010, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with black and slate-grey dial and white gold hour markers in 2010 and its subsequent sale in 22 September 2010.

Reference 5205 was launched in 2010 in white gold and in 2013 in pink gold, each with two different types of dial colours. This annual calendar includes the lately patented instantaneous digital display which is a feature also seen on the very rare reference 5207.
