With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 4 February 2015, instruction manual, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Patek Philippe introduced reference 5159 in 2007 with a larger case than its predecessor reference 5059 (please see Lot 2577 in this sale). It was first manufactured in yellow and white gold and since 2010 is available in pink gold also.
