With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 18 January 1993, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Production of reference 5040 was launched in 1992 and ceased in 2007, the majority cased in yellow gold, then in platinum, white gold, and a smaller number available in pink gold. The present example is from the early production of this model.
