With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming the production of the present watch with silvered dial, 12 diamond hour markers and set with 61 diamonds weighing approximately 0.44 carats in 2005 and its subsequent sale on 12 October 2005.

The present lot is fresh to the auction market.

The reference 4858 was launched in 1998 and produced until 2006. This model was offered in different variations and the present example features a silver dial, feuille hands, diamond bezel, hour markers and cabochon crown. This model was Patek Philippe's first moon phase wristwatch for ladies.
