Two similar examples have been found in Bologna, Italy (see Govi & Notarianni, 1998, p. 28, no. 170) and from the necropolis at Zara, Croatia (see Ravagnan, 1994, p. 203, no. 400). The type of handle is similar to those signed in both Latin or Greek by Artas from Sidon with a moulded pincered plate; cf. Lightfoot, 2014, p. 31, fig. 21.
