Lot Essay

Miss Mabel Elvina Martin was born 18th March 1892 and therefore was just twenty years old when Titanic foundered. She was the 2nd Casher in the exclusive Ritz restaurant. She was rescued on lifeboat 6.
The lot is also sold with a photograph of Miss Martin in later life.
