BEARING RUSSIAN HALLMARKS, 20TH CENTURY

With this stamp the US Postal Service recognized the centennial of the birth of President Ronald Reagan (1911-2004). The artwork by Bart Forbes, is based on a photograph of the President taken in 1985, at Rancho del Cielo, Santa Barbara, California.
