Nancy Reagan contributed four recipes to the publication: Onion Wine Soup (p.72); Crabmeat Casserole (p.253); Baja California Chicken (p.288); and Pumpkin Pecan Pie (p.434). The Congressional Club Cook Book was first published in 1927, and has appeared numerous times since then; it is published as a fundraiser to support the Club’s charitable activities.
