The white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minute numerals, sweep centre seconds and beetle and poker hands, the gilt cylinder movement with fusee, pierced foliate balance cock and foot, three arm balance wheel, rose-cut diamond end stone, decorative pillars and silver cap, in plain inner and outer case, engraved 'Mrs Susan Coutts', hallmarked London 1761, case 50mm
