MOVEMENT: manual, cal. Valjoux 72 stamped OXM, 17 jewels, metal dust cover
DIAL: silvered, luminous Arabic numerals, luminous hands, fifths of a second combined with Arabic five minutes divisions, outer tachymetre scale calibrated for 1000 units per minute and graduated to 1000 UPH, three sunken engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds, 12 hours and 30 minutes registers
CASE: stainless steel, stepped bezel, screw back engraved “R.S.I.”, two round chronograph buttons in the band, 35.5 mm. diam.

A fine example of watchmaking from the 70s, the present piece features a Valjoux 72 movement, used by Girard-Perregaux only between 1969 and 1975.
