The group comprises: a jade pendant carved and pierced with a squirrel resting on a bunch of grapes highlighted in white tones, the leaf in mottled grey tones; a jadeite pendant in the form of a leaf.
The jade pendant 1 7/8 in. (4.7 cm.) long
Provenance
Acquired by a family friend in the early decades of the 20th century, gifted to the vendor's family.

Lot Essay

With a report from the Gem and Pearl Laboratory, London, No.13215, 16 September 2016, stating the jadeite pendant had no evidence of treatment observed.
