Rebottled by GD and FMA. New wax cap. Bin soiled slightly danaged labels with vintage stencilled on the neck of the bottle
Tasting note: Same wine tasted two years earlier, bottles selected and recorked by Gonzaga Drummond under supervision of Francisco Albuquerque. This wine has more punch, on the nose floral tones quite attractive in fact. Finesse. Freshly crushed white peaches. Day after from different bottle more butterscotch, vintage wax, dried peaches, in a more closed way compared to the previous bottle. Clearly a long cask aged wine of high quality.
Fine creamy pure citrus taste, medium dry, lovely acidity. Well balanced. Very nice soft slight sweet. February 2016. EV.
