A CARVED AND INSCRIBED WHITE JADE PLAQUE
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The plaque is carved to one side with five geese, with the reverse inscribed with the characters han pu qi ya, 'birds resting on the cold riverbank'. The stone is of a pale even tone.
2 3/8 in. (5.9 cm.) long
