First edition, first state. This detailed map of New England and Parts of Canada, showing Newfoundland to the east, was re-issued in De Vaugondy's Atlas Universel in 1757, 1758, and 1786.
Engraved map of eastern Canada, colored in outline, image 494 x 607 mm (523 x 679 mm sheet). With a large inset of the Great Lakes "Supplement pour les Lacs du Canada" and a large decorative cartouche. (Some light darkening to edges.) Kershaw 354.
