All wines in this collection were hand selected by the owner and recently removed from the collections of noted Madeira families. The old corks were replaced by Francisco Albuquerque and samples were tasted prior to being included in this sale.

Rebottled in 2016 by Francisco Albuquerque. New wax capsules. New stencilling. Levels into neck
Tasting note: High toned, straw and lemon fresh style of nose. Subdued backward still, touch of butter. Pure and youthful appearance. Good concentration. Soft creamy taste start, buttery mouthfeel, pure citrus fruit flavors followed by great finesse of acidity. Lingering fresh finish of classic aged Sercial. Love this wine. Febr 2016. EV.
