of part-fluted moulded oval form, on a gadrooned rim base with shell-fluted curved bracket feet and with a rising curved spout, polished wood bracket handle, gadrooned shaped rim and domed hinged cover with oval ivory finial, one side engraved with a monogram, Peter & William Bateman, London 1805 - 6¼in. (15.75cm.), 20oz. gross.
