A FAMILLE ROSE ‘FISHERMEN’ PHOENIX-TAIL VASE
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
The vase is painted in two registers, each depicting a group of fishermen and peasants in leisure by the river bank. The base is decorated with an underglaze-blue double circle and covered with a clear glaze.
