Lot Essay

Consigned by a descendant of the original owner, this very well preserved and chic bracelet cleverly conceals the watch beneath a hinged cover that blends in perfectly when closed. Exquisitely crafted from pink gold, it is a sublime example of 1940s design whilst at the same time completely wearable and up-to-date in the 21st century – the true measure of a timeless classic.
