UNCUT COPY OF A RARE TRACT proposing an improved method for the measurement of the earth. SBN locates only 4 copies. Count Manzini of Bologna was a member of the local nobility and an enthusiastic amateur, deeply interested in the study of celestial bodies and the related subject of lenses.
