2 parts in one volume, 4° (224 x 160mm). Large woodcut on title, woodcut diagrams throughout, woodcut head- and tailpieces, initials, device on colophon. (Some browning and scattered spotting.) Modern quarter vellum, manuscript title on spine.
FIRST LATIN EDITION. This volume, divided into two parts, the first with 12 propositions and the second with 19, ‘studies the arc of the ecliptic traversed by the sun each day’ (DSB XIII, p.320). RARE. RBH/ABPC record no copies at auction.
