A MUGHAL-STYLE SPINACH-GREEN JADE BOWL
19TH CENTURY
The bowl is carved with a ribbed design of petals radiating from a central flower head. A band below the exterior of the mouth rim is carved in low relief with flower and leaf scrolls. The stone is semi-translucent and is of a mottled spinach-green tone with grey flecks.
