The group comprises: a belt hook carved and pierced with a chilong clambering on the shaft towards the dragon-head terminal, the stone is of an even pale celadon tone; a buckle carved in the form of a recumbent horse, the stone is of a celadon tone with some mottled white inclusions; a horse and monkey carving, the stone of a pale celadon tone.
The belt hook 5 1/8 in. (12.9 cm.) long
Provenance
Acquired by the vendor’s father who travelled extensively in Asia prior to 1970.
