A set of four prints, oban yoko-e
depicting scenes from the Chushingura, with figures fighting on a bridge at night in a rainstorm, ladies on the terrace of a pavilion before a flowerstrewn garden, figures greeting a bijin on a terrace before a river landscape and further figures in a pavilion watching another with a raised sword before a river landscape; after Hiroshige, oban yoko-e, a print with ladies walking beneath a village torii in a snow shower; and two oban prints after Hiroshige II, one aizuri-e, depicting figuires in boats before riverside pavilions viewed from beneath a bridge.
