A PAIR OF JADEITE CARVINGS
Comprising two jadeite carvings, the first modelled as an old lady holding a purse and a removable dragon cane, the second modelled as an old man holding a peach and a ruyi stick, to the wooden stand carved with a symbol of double happiness behind the ribbon curtains, representing the rebus ‘happiness and long life together', largest carving approximately 94.4 x 50.2 x 48.1 mm
Accompanied by report no. KJ95008 dated 15 March 2017 from Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory stating that the carving is natural jadeite and no polymer is detected
