A RARE WHITE JADE RETICULATED 'DRAGON AND PHOENIX' PLAQUE
WARRING STATES PERIOD (475-221 BC)
The plaque is well-carved as three pairs of interlocking phoenix and a pair of confronting dragons in the centre, each highlighted by the delicately incised detail on the body. The stone is of a yellowish-white tone with some areas of minor russet inclusions.
