In 1997, Bill Harlan founded Bond Estates and sought to identify and produce wine from Napa Valley's “grand cru” quality vineyards: Pluribus, Quella, Melbury, St. Eden, and Vecina. The vineyards are located throughout the rolling hills of Oakville and produce Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines that vividly reflect each terroir.
