Accompanied By: An Omega Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch on May 4th, 1957 and its delivery to Saudi Arabia, Items belonging to the original owner, Mr. Edward Watling, who was a Captain of the U.S. Armed Forces, including his Special Passport, Identification Card and License to Carry Firearms, and an Omega presentation box featuring the emblem of Saudi Arabia

Lot Essay

Born in New Jersey on April 25th, 1928, Captain Edward Watling was assigned to the Military Assistance Program Mission Saudi Arabia. The present watch was offered to him as a gift while on his mission. The watch is accompanied by his Special Passport which was issued in 1956, Armed Forces ID as well as his firearms license which was issued in August, 1960. The present watch is preserved in essentially unworn condition.
