According to the current CEO of Henriques & Henriques, Humberto Jardim, this bottle was bottled by H&H for D. Recher & Co. in the time of Mr. Alberto Gordon Jardim, a former director/shareholder and heir of João Joaquim Henriques who passed away in 1968. Jardim conferred with retired winemaker Luis Pereira who further confirms this bottle to be a genuine WS Boal. Forming one quarter of the rare "Heavenly Quartet," this is already extremely rare madeira, is made even rarer given that the bottle is vintage dated. This is a singular opportunity to acquire a piece of history.
