The biscuit barrel to the right of the present image, painted in 'Circle Tree' pattern, features colored circles amongst sharp and stylized tree trunks. The brash brushstrokes used to create this pattern add a raw and exciting quality. It is likely that Clarice produced this pattern inspired by the fabrics, posters and art of Sonia Delaunay.
