Compare the moon flask with this very unusual design (also dated 18th/19th Century) from The Songzhutang Collection, formerly in the Collection of Sir Frederick Bruce, GCB, British Ambassador to China from 1860-1865 and at one time acquired from John Sparks Ltd., London, which was sold at Sotheby's New York, 15 November 2015, lot 297.
