FINE COLLECTION OF RARE MADEIRAS
All wines in this collection were hand selected by the owner and recently removed from the collections of noted Madeira families. The old corks were replaced by Francisco Albuquerque and samples were tasted prior to being included in this sale.

Wax capsule with FMA seal. Light 1980 bottle. Stencilled. Level base of neck.

Tasting note: At first nose a lovely floral rosepettle aroma, quite sweet, some framboise over slight alcohol. Perfumed and inviting. Fairly concentrated though still with energy and fruits. On the back some dried honey. Focused start of taste, some alcohol tickling the tongue, with back lying sweetness. Fresh palet cleansing acidity on final with lingering fine sweet taste. Very good Terrantez with very nice slight bitter tone on the back. Aromatic and full of live. June 2017. EV.
