Rebottled in 2017. New wax seal with Sercial Madeira. No labels. Levels very top-shoulder (5)
Tasting note of Visconde de Valle Paraiso : Clear yellow color. Beautiful soft fine nose of fudge, violets and peaches. Some honey cake, well defined multi layered and attractive aromas. Love this. More direct focused taste them the seductive nose would have you expect. Still quite soft and unctuous with hinter lying acidity to give freshness. Medium dry style. A wine with a very nice acdity grip on the back. Strong on the finish. Clearly long aging in cask. Very good, Verdelho style wine. June 2017. EV
