Comprising a central oval portrait of Muzaffar al-Din Shah Qajar, the mount set with rose-cut and flat-cut diamonds and open-set rubies with leafy wreaths above and below, surmounted by the Qajar crown, suspension loops behind, very slight damages and minimal losses
