This firman records the appointment of a Vasil-oğlu Vassilaki as an interpreter to the Swedish consulate following the death of the previous incumbent and the request of the Swedish Ambassador, Mouragea D’Ohsson for a new appointee. Ignatius Mouragea d'Olsson (1740 - 1807) was an Armenian orientalist, historian and diplomat in Swedish service. In 1768 he took the name d'Olsson.
