Lot Essay

The rare ref. 1064/6 with water-resistant-type "Lépine" or openface case was launched in 1937. It was Omega’s first water-resistant pocket watch marketed as “A model for colonials, miners, railway employees, etc. Extra-robust staybrite case. Unbreakable glass. Resistant to water, dust and humidity. Insensible to temperature variations”.
