Circular, the central reserve decorated with a figure of a Central Asian horseman in high relief, smoking a pipe and standing by his horse, the back decorated with blue glaze, centring a flower, on a spreading rectangular foot, with a similarly designed neck, marked under base with impressed factory mark and numerals 656 and 15
