A part Chinese export armorial service
comprising an oblong octagonal meat dish, three smaller oblong dishes, one with a reticulated border, a pair of plates, a spoon tray, a saucer dish, three tankards and three cups, all painted and gilt with central coats of arms within trailing vine borders -- the large meat dish -- 15in. (38cm) wide, circa 1785., (all with old damages.)
The arms are of Manning of Norfolk.
