JIAQING SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN IRON RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1796-1820)
The vase is enamelled on the body with four large lotus blossoms borne on scrolls, each surmounted by a Shou roundel, below a blue chevron and pink ruyi band. The neck is decorated with similar lotus blooms separated by bats suspending endless knots. The interior and base are applied with turquoise enamels.
