A PALE GREYISH-GREEN JADE VASE AND COVER
19TH CENTURY
Of oval section, the high-shouldered, tapering body is carved with a broad band of taotie masks between a band of archaistic blades below and four animal-mask loop handles suspending loose rings carved around the neck. The cover has a rope-twist finial. The soft, grey-green stone is of even color.
