Bei diesem Werk handelt es sich um ein Porträt von Sigmund Freud. Not Vital kreierte eine Reihe von Porträts von bekannten Persönlichkeiten, die jeweils aus zwei rechteckigen Blöcken aus Silber bestehen. Die Form der einzelnen Porträts setzt sich aus dem Geburtsdatum der Person zusammen. Da Sigmund Freud am 6. Mai (6.5.) geboren wurde, bestimmt die Zahl 6 die Breite und Tiefe des oberen Blocks und die Zahl 5 die Höhe. Der untere Teil des Kunstwerks bildet sich aus Freuds Geburtsjahr, 1856, wobei die Breite und Tiefe 18 cm lang ist und die Höhe 56 cm beträgt.
